Refund & Exchange Policy – Camzz

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the item has not been dispatched.

  • A 15% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount
  • Refund will be issued immediately after cancellation
  • Once the order is shipped or tracking is shared, cancellation or address changes are not possible

Reservations (Advance Booking)

If a customer reserves a camera by paying a partial/advance amount and later fails to pay the remaining balance, the reserved amount is non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for personal reasons (change of mind, etc.). Every product is thoroughly tested and double-checked at the time of packing — if any issue is found on our side before dispatch, the customer is informed at that time.

Returns/exchanges are only applicable in case of a defective or faulty product received by the customer (see below).

Defective or Faulty Product

We carefully check all cameras before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide a full unboxing video (from sealed package to product reveal)

This is mandatory for claim approval.

If approved:

  • No restocking fee
  • You will get exchange or full refund

Battery & Usage Note

Many cameras may not turn on due to uncharged battery.

  • Please fully charge using the provided charger
  • We will guide you step by step if needed

If the issue still remains after proper charging, we will proceed with return/exchange.

Failed Delivery & Responsibility

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, customer will be contacted
  • If parcel is not received despite courier attempts, Camzz is not responsible for loss

Once parcel is marked delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Theft
  • Misplacement
  • Receiving by another person

Important Notes

  • All cases are reviewed individually
  • Camzz reserves the right to approve or reject any claim
  • Any misuse or fraud will result in cancellation of request
